We are the only extraction supply company that doesn't charge a restocking fee, giving you the freedom to order items and see whether they will work for your needs or not! Our competitors charge 12-25% for every item you return, and that just doesn't seem fare to us.

Qualifying for a return is simple. If your return matches the requirements below then just send us a message to start the return process.

1. Have proof of purchase, such as your order number.
2. Items must be in new/un-used condition, including all parts and original packaging.
3. Returns must be received within 30 days of placing the order
4. Solvents and chemical cannot be returned for any reason

The Fine Print

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as the item meets the requirements then we'll issue a full refund back to the payment method you used to purchase. 
Return shipping costs are not covered by HFS, and any initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If you send back an item this is missing parts, has been used, or has been damaged we may only refund part of your transaction. Be sure to put your return in a good box with plenty of packaging so that it arrives to us safely!

How to Return

If you need to return an item please contact our customer service via email. They will provide you with all the info you need and ensure the return is authorized.

Return shipping is not covered, but we can help by offering a label at our discounted rates provided by USPS and UPS. If you use one of our labels the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it's important to have a tracking number as proof.

Defective Items 
If you receive a defective item, or an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. If the order was sent signature required and is found broken DO NOT SIGN for the package, ask the carrier to make a note it was damaged in transport.

For items that are defective we will either ship a new unit or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. We will provide a shipping label to send the defective item back.
